JOB TITLE: Territory Sales Manager

SELLING: Expertly manufactured hand tools and consumables

SELLING TO: Merchants, Wholesalers, Contractors, DIY outlets, Retailers

TERRITORY: North Wales, Staffordshire, Shropshire, East and West Chester

PACKAGE: £27-31K Basic (dependent on experience), + £6K OTE, pension, mobile/laptop, expensed car, excellent wider package

THE JOB ROLE:
-The Territory Sales Manager role is a field based sales role representing a prestigious UK market leaders.
-Selling a huge portfolio of Hand Tools and construction consumables
-Fully supported by your senior manager and office team, you are responsible for both defending existing contract relationships, but most importantly generating new business.
-Target customers and projects will be of a high value so a professional and consultative approach is essential.
-The Territory Sales Manager role will see you targeted on both revenue and a KPI’s.
-A full training programme will be provided upon your successful employment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-Demonstrate a successful background in field sales and business development.
-FMCG/Field Sales/Tooling background/Electrical wholesale/MRO
-Have good structure and professional autonomy to bring to the role.
-Be positive, competitive and results-driven.
