TITLE: Technical Sales Manager (Stud welding and structural steel products and solutions)
PACKAGE: £40-45K Basic, +5K OTE, Expensed car, pension, healthcare, credit card, lunch allowance, 26 days holiday.
TERRITORY: Field sales role – North (includes: Yorkshire, Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Manchester, Liverpool, Hull, York and surrounding areas)
SELLING: A superb range of performance stud welding products, structural steel, fixings, fastening products and consumables.
SELLING TO: Distributors and stockists, large end user accounts in construction, contractors, and other sectors.
The Technical Sales Manager role is a field sales position representing one of the world’s best-known manufacturing groups.
Inheriting a well-established sales region, offering excellent potential for further growth.
80% of the role is account management and development, 20% tactical new business growth.
Selling our client’s range of performance stud welding products, structural steel, fixings, fastening products and consumables – very much a solution sell.
Building partnerships with high spend niche customers alongside major national corporate accounts.
For the Technical Sales Manager role our client is looking for related industry experience:
-Experience selling a related performance or technical product of any kind (e.g. welding products, stud welding, fixings, structural steel, formwork or falsework).
-A structured and dynamic approach to developing sales and business growth.
-Personal drive and career focus.
