TITLE: Specification Sales Manager
PACKAGE: £48-50K Basic, +5K OTE, Expensed car, laptop/mobile/tablet, pension, Bupa, excellent benefits

SELLING TO: Architects, designers, main contractors, sub-contractors (commercial projects)

THE ROLE:
The Specification Sales Manager role is field based and entails:
-80% development of relationships with architects and designers.
-Generating specifications, consultative selling and cradle to grave ownership of high value commercial projects.
-Consistent input on key design decisions across projects.
-Working alongside internal support, technical and sales colleagues to deliver superb customer service and sales results.

THE PERSON NEEDED:
For the Specification Sales Manager role NO prior product experience is needed, but our client is looking for:
– A good structured background in specification sales i.e. experience selling to architects, specifiers or designers.
– Confident managing higher spend relationships.
– A genuine interest in sales / a commitment to a career in construction specification sales.
