*NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – ANY PRODUCT – TO DEVELOP HIGH SPEND RETAIL ACCOUNTS*

TITLE: Senior National Account Manager (leading UK manufacturer)

PACKAGE: £60K Basic, £10K OTE/bonuses, Car, Pension, Bupa, laptop/mobile/iPad, 25 days holiday, exec package

TERRITORY:
Covering the whole of the UK.

SELLING: A leading household brand named product
SELLING TO: A select number of our clients largest spend retail accounts

THE ROLE:
Senior National Account Manager role:
-Taking responsibility for the management and development of key high spend retail accounts
-Setting the UK corporate sales strategy and targets to defend and grow the business.
-Identifying strategic opportunities to deliver that growth.
-Analysis of customer sales performance, tracking trends using in-house CRM.
-Collaborative work with other national accounts and key accounts teams.
-Working alongside the marketing function on exiting and new product image and brand.

PERSON NEEDED:
For the National Account Manager role no product experience is required, but our client is looking for:
-Must have sold at head office level to retail accounts
-Responsibility for developing overall spend of national accounts
-An understanding of national account sales processes and strategy.
-A corporate, entrepreneurial and professional approach to sales.
-A clear focus on career and personal development.
