TITLE: Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager

PACKAGE: £40-45K Basic, 10-15K OTE, Expensed car, pension, healthcare, credit card, lunch allowance, 26 days holiday.

TERRITORY: Field sales role – South / South East (includes: London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and surrounding)

SELLING: A superb range of performance industrial fastening and welding products and consumables.
SELLING TO: Manufacturers in all sectors, OEMs and distribution partners

ROLE:
The Sales Engineer role is a field sales position representing one of the world’s best-known manufacturing groups.
Inheriting a sales region worth £2m, offering excellent potential for further growth.
Selling our client’s range of performance industrial fastening and welding products and consumables – very much a solution sell.
Building partnerships with high spend niche customers alongside major national corporate accounts.

PERSON NEEDED:
For the Sales Engineer role our client does not need industry experience but is looking for:
-Experience selling a performance or technical product of any kind.
-A structured and dynamic approach to developing sales and business growth.
-Personal drive and career focus.
