TITLE: National Product Trainer

PACKAGE: £30-35K Basic, car, pension, 25 days holiday, corporate benefits

LOCATION: National field based training role – colleague and customer-facing. 4-6 days at Midlands company office.

THE JOB ROLE:
The National Product Trainer is predominantly a field-based role working with both colleagues and B2B customers across the UK.
The role requires regular visits to a Midlands HQ to liaise with colleagues to create and improve training programmes.
The focus of the role is:
-Create and deliver top class product training programmes for colleagues and customers.
-Support internal and field sales teams to maximise sales through product understanding.
-Support new product releases to maximise return.
-Improve broad product understanding within the business.

THE PERSON NEEDED:
For the National Product Trainer role our client does not need industry experience BUT is looking for:
-Prior experience in the field of structured training and development.
-Experience training a performance product or technical skill.
-Strong people skills and a positive communication style.
