TITLE: National Account Manager – Specification

PACKAGE: £50-52K Basic salary, +8K OTE, Audi/BMW or similar, Laptop, smart phone, tablet, 25 days holiday, additional bens.

LOCATION: National field based sales role (ideal home location central, or good motorway access)

SELLING: A superb market leading brand of construction interior products.
SELLING TO: Main contractors, local authorities, national developers, hospitality sector.

ROLE:
The National Account Manager – Specification role is a superb opportunity to join the fastest growing area of our client’s business.
Developing new director level and C-level relationships within the top national customers across Main contractors, local authorities, national developers and the hospitality sector.
Account management and growth – defending and establishing framework agreements and supply agreements across the UK.
Setting and delivering a sales plan that will extend our client’s business within major commercial projects.

PERSON NEEDED:
For the National Account Manager – Specification role no specific product knowledge is required. However our client is looking for:
– Senior level sales experience (Key account manager or national account manager) selling into high value construction specification customers.
– Experience winning specifications e.g. with architects, M&E consultants, house builders or main contractors.
– Confidence in developing high level sales relationships
– An ambitious and dynamic approach to your career
