PACKAGE: £28k-£30k basic (dependent on experience), +£20K Un-capped OTE (year 1 realistic).

JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

SELLING: Professional currency management, FX and business expenses management services.
SELLING TO: High-spend B2B customers across all sectors.

LOCATION:
Leatherhead, Surrey (ideal locations for commute: Epsom, Ashtead, Sutton, Worcester Park, Ewell, West Ewell, Chessington, Cobham, Banstead, Redhill, Reigate, Weybridge)

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a dynamic and ambitious provider of payment and currency solutions currently experiencing a period of exciting growth. As part of this growth they require an additional BDM to join their experienced team.

THE ROLE:
The Business Development Manager role is a predominantly office-based sales role (with occasional face-to-face visits) working from our client’s modern offices in Leatherhead.
The role will see you working within a busy and dynamic team, identifying high spend B2B customer accounts to engage with.
Quality over quantity approach – the role entails analysis and research of customers and contacts.
Face-to-face contact with customers and use of WebEx plays a part, especially in closing business and agreeing terms.

THE PERSON:
For the Business Development Manager role NO prior sector experience is needed, but our client is looking for:
-Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
-Good commercial acumen.
