TITLE: Account Manager (market leader)

PACKAGE: £32-35K Basic, +£7K OTE yr1, Audi, Pension scheme, Bupa, Laptop/mobile, Company credit card, 30 days holiday.

TERRITORY:
Home counties field sales area (field sales role, High Wycombe, Slough, North London, Stevenage, Aylesbury, Luton, Harlow, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire or close)

SELLING: A superb range of branded high quality DIY products.
SELLING TO: Existing trade distributors, wholesalers, retailers, retail stockists (national and regional accounts)

ROLE:
The Account Manager role will see you inherit an excellent portfolio of existing customer accounts including distributors, wholesalers, tool and consumable stockists, both national and regional accounts level.
Selling a high profile branded quality range of products – mid to high end portfolio sold on quality and value add service rather than price.
Working alongside current distribution network to generate new business.
The Account Manager role requires a structured and strategic sales approach to maximise the return on existing accounts.
The role will also include use of CRM system to analyse both new and existing customer performance.

PERSON NEEDED:
For the Account Manager role no industry is needed, but our client is looking for:
– Sales experience within a structured professional sales environment.
– Sales planning and customer spend analysis (CRM)
