TITLE: Account Manager
PACKAGE: £33-35k basic + 5K Bonus/OTE + expensed car, laptop, ipad, mobile, pension, Bupa scheme
SELLING: A market leading range of branded performance panel products
SELLING TO: A wide range of high value business end users, contractors, stockists, distributors.
LOCATION: Field-based and home-based sales role covering the North (includes North East, Newcastle, Durham, York, Hull, Lancashire, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster, Cumbria, Carlisle)
Our client is a £200m turnover major European manufacturer and market leader – a recognised household name in their sector. Offering outstanding career development within the UK sales team.
The Account Manager role includes selling this innovative range of performance branded construction panel products.
The role is:
-70% Account management of an existing portfolio of corporate contacts and accounts.
-Prioritising higher spend accounts to maximise region return.
-30% business development – utilising existing contacts, networking, tracking leads and prioritising higher value accounts to close.
-Utilising CRM system and sales data to track customer spend and plan sales pipelines.
For the Account Manager role NO product/industry experience is needed but our client requires:
-Field sales experience.
-Confident communication and good presentation skills.
-Strong organisation and commercial skills.
-A drive to build a sales career in a major market leader.
