TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We are committed to the ongoing training and development of our team to constantly improve the skills involved in all areas of the consultant role.  Day-to-day management support is also a key factor of the office environment.

Consultants are provided with initial thorough internal training and guidance by the management team.  We work closely with professional external sales trainers Marcus Bohn Ltd and executive coach Jo Tomazou to provide breadth and depth to our training across all roles in the business.  In addition we also utilise professional recruitment training through the REC.

The training covers both the sales and industry elements as well as major issues such as customer service and recruitment best practice and gives all our team a superb foundation on which to perform their roles.
