REWARDING INDIVIDUAL & TEAM EFFORT
We recognise that recruitment is a real challenge and that is why, when the individuals and the team as a whole have been successful, we reward consultants in a number of different ways.
Sterling pays a competitive basic salary and all consultants receive the benefit of a commission scheme that rewards individual work rate and success and pays out a % on every placement. Consultants can expect to earn an overall OTE of between £24K and £32K in year 1, and between £28K and £46K in year 2 depending on performance (figures based on previous recruits upper and lower overall OTE’s).
In addition to individual commission payments we recognise and reward the Consultant of the Month and the Consultant of the Year (2006 winner – Lucy Jacob).
As a team we also run many performance competitions and incentives, for both individuals and teams, to encourage and improve both sales results and recruitment best practice. From previous success and hard work the team have already been on events in Prague, Paris, Nottingham and Brighton, on a helicopter tour of London, paintball, go-karting, along with numerous memorable local evening events.
