PAYMENT ON RESULTS ONLY

Our core strength is our candidate database and as such we primarily offer a ‘no placement, no fee” recruitment service.  Once terms of business have been agreed, any initial searching, pre-screening, short-listing and interviewing can commence.

When we have secured a full brief on the job role and person required we will source a short-list of the most relevant candidates, you have the opportunity to interview as many as you wish without incurring a fee.  We will then manage the whole recruitment process for you, including all subsequent interviews through to offer of employment, and liaising with candidates through to start date.

A fee only becomes due when a candidate introduced by Sterling is offered and accepts employment with you.
Fees are calculated as a % of the candidates’ guaranteed first year income (other benefits are not charged on).
