Sterling's recent REC assessment shows consistent quality focus across the company.
Having been an REC Member (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) for over 8 years Sterling was contacted for its first full members assessment at the beginning of March. The assessment process takes into account all aspects of a recruitment business from data protection, client and candidate management, process management, advertising and many others. The objective is to achieve best practice levels for the service offered to both clients and candidates.
Feedback from the REC was wholly positive, but the assessment also gave us the opportunity to make minor improvements to some current processes and we are very pleased to given a full bill of health. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bevali Anderson-Pass for her very positive and constructive approach to the assessment, we look forward to working more closely with the REC in future.
