TITLE: Specification Sales Executive

PACKAGE: £30-35K Basic salary +5K OTE (year 1), expensed car, pension, healthcare, laptop, tablet, mobile, 25 days holiday

SELLING: An innovative range of building management product and solutions
SELLING TO: Architects, specifiers and designers

THE ROLE:
The Specification Sales Executive role is a field sales role the includes:
-Warm relationship-based sales role engaging with architects, designers and specifiers to raise the profile of our client’s range of building management products.
-Building on existing relationships and identifying new prospects.
-Making professional product demonstrations.
-Selling in partnership with an experienced trade sales team.
-Working alongside an experienced internal sales and technical support team.

THE PERSON NEEDED:
For the Specification Sales Executive role our client is looking for:
-Prior experience or contact with (or understanding of) architects, designers or other building industry specifiers in any capacity.
-Good positive customer contact and communication skills.
-The ability to learn and apply technical product information (full training provided).
-The desire to grow and develop in an innovative business.
