Although previous recruitment experience would clearly be useful, we primarily look for new recruits with a positive, professional and well-organised work ethic.

Most of Sterling’s current team are from internal telephone-based business-to-business sales backgrounds, or alternatively have strong pro-active customer services experience.  One common thread is a background of working within challenging and targeted environments and experience of a little pressure to deliver.

If you have experience of taking responsibility for selling products or services to customers, dealing with decision makers and working to measurable targets or business objectives it is very likely we would like to speak to you!
