Although our core service is the use of our database and the “no placement, no fee” recruitment approach we also offer additional services.

Advertised Selection – used to fill multiple vacancies and in particular where sales, but non-specific industry experience, is required.  Sterling utilise both the national and trade press as well as the internet to advertise for these types of roles.

Executive Search – used to target either key sales skills in certain sectors that are in very short supply, alternatively to source managerial or senior recruits.
